Practice Areas
My primary research interests are both leadership and management as well as business education and leadership development. In this particular regard, in 2011 I published a book on the future of the MBA, throughout my career I've advised many business schools across the globe. As for leadership, I am particularly interested in self-leadership and leading teams and organizations, in particular, how to create, motivae, and lead high performing teams. My research on leadership is primarily influenced by Robert Greenleaf's servant leadership theory as well as Saint Ignatius Spiritual Exercises. Professionally, I've been both served as director of Executive Education at Mexico's Tecnológico de Monterrey (EGADE Business School) and Managing Director of LeaderactiON, a leadership and business education consulting firm.
