Human Resource Management, Minor

The human resource management minor develops the ability to attract, develop and lead talent in ways that strengthen organizational performance. Students gain practical insight into how organizations select, motivate and retain employees while shaping positive workplace cultures.

Saint Louis University's minor in human resource management at the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business is designed to complement a wide range of majors by equipping students with the interpersonal and managerial skills needed to lead people effectively across roles and industries. SLU students are also encouraged to continue their learning outside the classroom through internships.
