SLU Graduate and Professional Programs Recognized in 2026 U.S. News Rankings
ST. LOUIS — More than 25 graduate and professional programs at Saint Louis University are ranked among the top 100 in U.S. News & World Report’s 2026 Best Graduate School Rankings, which were released on April 7.
SLU’s School of Medicine was again designated a Tier 1 Best Medical School for Primary
Care, a distinction shared by only 15 other American medical schools. The School of
Medicine has been in the top tier for primary care since U.S. News introduced its
evaluative tier system three years ago.
The School of Law’s Center for Health Law Studies remained the top-ranked program
in the country, a position it has held for 18 of the past 21 years since U.S. News
began ranking health law as a specialty.
The College for Public Health and Social Justice’s master’s programs in health administration
and public health ranked No. 16 and No. 49, respectively. These rankings come amid
a growing number of accredited M.H.A. and M.P.H. programs in the United States.
Graduate rankings for business, education, law, engineering, medicine and nursing
are based on a combination of peer assessments and statistical indicators provided
to U.S. News. Rankings in other disciplines are calculated solely from peer assessment
surveys.
