Research Interests
Dr. Reiter's research is focused on optimizing treatment solutions for musculoskeletal injuries. With a primary focus on tendon and ligament, his research program seeks to understand healthy tissue function and structure, assess changes that occur in injury/disease, and provide guidelines for improved treatment strategies. His group uses a diverse set of techniques from wearable sensors in humans to biological, structural, and mechanical testing in preclinical animal models.
