He holds numerous honors with the FAA, including a Certificate of Training Ruby Award. Magoc also received the Magis Service Award in 2008 for his dedication and outstanding contributions to Parks College.

Community Work and Service

Magoc was the chairperson for the department of aerospace technology, a coordinator of maintenance training, an enrollment manager, and is currently a professor at Parks College.
