Currently, she is on the Council for Social Work Education's Commission for Accreditation and also the Accreditation Committee for the International Association of Yoga Therapists.  She is a founding board member and Secretary for the Oxygen Project, a St. Louis agency empowering young people to deal with stress through yoga.
