Interested in attending SLU LAW as a student for a semester, a summer or a single course?
Visiting Applicants for Fall/Spring Semester
The School of Law grants visiting status to a limited number of students who wish to complete a semester or a year of law study at Saint Louis University and receive their degree from another law school. An applicant with visiting status must submit the following:
- A completed Saint Louis University School of Law application
- A resume
- In lieu of a personal statement, a letter explaining your reasons for applying to be a visiting student at SLU LAW
- A statement from the dean of the degree-granting law school stating that the student is "in good standing" and has permission to take courses at SLU LAW
- An official transcript of all law school work
- Statement of class rank
- LSAT/CAS report from Law Services
Visiting Applicants for Summer Semester, Single Course Requests
The School of Law grants visiting status to a limited number of students who wish to complete a summer semester and/or take one or two courses at Saint Louis University and receive their degree from another law school. An applicant with visiting status must submit the following:
- A completed application - Visiting Student Application
- A statement from the dean of the degree-granting law school stating that the student is "in good standing" and has permission to take courses at SLU LAW
